What is the Employee Referral Program?
The Employee Referral Program is an incentive program to help spread the word about the various job opportunities available at our agency. All you have to do is spread the word to others and have them apply for a job! It’s that easy.
In order to qualify to earn $75, you must be an active employee at Rockaway Home Care, and have worked within the last 30 days or scheduled to work in the next 14 days!
Please be aware that a referral is only counted once the referred individual has been hired and has worked for 50 hours. By entering this raffle, you are agreeing to take a photo with your earned check for Rockaway Home Care to use at their discretion.
Once the applicant is hired and has worked for 50 hours, you will receive your $75 for referring the individual to Rockaway Home Care.
