This process ensures that you meet the requirements to work as a personal assistant (PA) under the program. The CDPAP program allows patients to select their own caregiver, which can include family members with the exception of spouses and legal guardians.

Once you have been activated and began working, Rockaway Home Care will need to verify your submitted I-9 documents through a video call within three days of your start date. It is essential to have your original documents ready during the video call, as required by the Department of Labor.
