Do I qualify?

You qualify as long as you meet the following criteria: have a diagnosis of TBI or a related diagnosis If you are eligible for Medicaid, need nursing home level of care, between the ages 18 and 65 be certified as disabled , and can live safely in the community with services then NHTD may be for you.
