It Pays to Work for RockaWay Home Care

Rockaway Rewards, powered by Caribou, is an employee recognition program where staff can receive monthly prizes for clocking in and out of visits using HHAeXchange.

For every five visits clocked in and out correctly, care staff will receive five raffle tickets for a chance to win monthly prizes. These monthly prizes are points that can be redeemed as gift cards on Rockaway Rewards.
To check on draw tickets and EVV progress, each participating Rockaway care staff will receive their Rockaway Rewards link through emails and texts.
